Where can I park my bike?
Use the city's bike racks and designated parking areas, and always lock the bike with both the wheel lock and the chain lock provided. Avoid blocking footpaths, shop entrances, or bridges where parking is prohibited.
How far can the e-bikes go?
50–60 km on a full charge with moderate assist. For long hires we supply a charger so you can charge the bike.
What if I get a puncture?
Call us at +31 20 223 9888 — in case of technical issues we are there for you.
How do I get the deposit back?
The deposit will be refunded when the bikes are returned.
